Made a quick highlights clip of a poker tournament my internship hosted.
I redesigned the graphic format I’ve been making for the SNL horserace. This is more pleasing to look at, although it offers less information.

The third and final commercial spot for the event my internship is having tomorrow. I had to run around campus to find a suitable shooting location since the studio I normally shoot in was surrounded by bogeys. I’m actually pleased with how it turned out. However, as with all video, faster is generally funnier.
Now, to escape the T2i audio issues…

I shot this recently as a promo for an event my internship is holding next week. I was interviewed as a design intern, but I’ve been playing in video and web things as well. I like being able to play with all those things together instead of being pinned to just one of them.
Originally, the video was supposed to feature several comedians, but we were only able to get one due to scheduling issues. We’ll probably do individual promos featuring the other comedians, which I actually like better.
Last weekend, I lost my dog Molly. A week later, I got her back using the power of the INTERNET and NEWSPAPERS. I made a webpage and planted a Facebook share button on it so it could make its rounds on social networks.
After we got an article in the Alligator, the people who found her called. Turns out she had been living like a queen for a week. Here’s the “lost black dog” page I made:
